The funeral service starts with the bell being tolled 96 times, one for each year of Queen Elizabeth II's life. The service itself is a big event, drawing crowds from all over the world to London. At the end of the service, around noon, two minutes of silence are observed across the UK.
The coffin is taken in procession from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace and then to Windsor Castle, outside of London. Another, smaller, funeral service is held there and the Queen is buried inside St George's Chapel.
